Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to your use of the websites operated by Wearespaces (S) Pte Ltd (UEN 202531251C) ("We Are Spaces", "we", "us" or "our"), including www.wearespaces.com and coworking.wearespaces.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We Are Spaces is an online marketplace that helps businesses find coworking spaces, private offices and event venues in Singapore. We list spaces provided by independent operators, receive enquiries, and help connect you with suitable operators.

We are not the operator or landlord of the spaces listed on the Site. Any membership, licence, lease or other agreement for a space is made directly between you and the operator, on the operator's own terms. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the operator's performance of it.

Listing details, including descriptions, photos, amenities, opening hours and prices, are provided by operators or prepared from information they give us. We take reasonable care to keep listings accurate, but we do not guarantee that they are complete, accurate or up to date.

Prices shown are starting prices for guidance only. They may exclude GST and other charges, and actual prices depend on the type of space, team size, term and availability. All availability, pricing and terms must be confirmed with the operator before you commit. We recommend viewing a space and reading the operator's agreement carefully before signing.

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a shortlist through the Site is free and does not commit you to take up any space. When you submit an enquiry, you agree that we may share your details with the relevant operators so they can respond, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to respond to enquiries within one working day, but response times are not guaranteed. Any recommendations or shortlists we provide are for general guidance only. You are responsible for deciding whether a space is suitable for your needs.

We may receive a commission or fee from operators when a booking or agreement results from an enquiry made through us.

When using the Site, you agree to:

• provide accurate and current information in any form you submit;
• use the Site only for lawful purposes and for genuine enquiries;
• not submit spam, false enquiries or enquiries on behalf of others without their permission;
• not copy, scrape or extract listings or other content from the Site using automated means; and
• not interfere with the security or operation of the Site, or introduce viruses or harmful code.

If you are an operator, you confirm that the information and photos you provide are accurate, that you have the right to share them, and that you will tell us promptly about any changes to availability, pricing or facilities. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, edit and publish this content on the Site and in our marketing for the purpose of promoting your space. Commercial terms for listings are agreed separately in writing.

The Site and its content, including text, design, logos and our compilation of listings, are owned by or licensed to We Are Spaces. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, reproduce or use them for any other commercial purpose without our written permission.

The Site may contain links to websites operated by others, including operators. We do not control and are not responsible for those websites or their content.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law:

• we do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses;
• we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on listing information, or from any dealings, agreements or disputes between you and an operator; and
• we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business or data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site, and may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms apply from the date they are posted on this page. Please check this page regularly.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
