We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"). By using the Site or submitting your details to us, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data as described in this policy.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect personal data that you give us, for example when you submit an enquiry, request a shortlist, apply to list a space or contact us. This may include:
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number and company name.
- Enquiry details: the spaces you are interested in, type of workspace, number of people, preferred start date, lease term, preferred area, budget and any message you send.
- Operator details (if you list a space): company name, contact person, job title, business contact details and information about your locations.
- Communications: records of emails, WhatsApp messages and calls with us.
We also collect some information automatically when you use the Site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and how you arrived at the Site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).
Please do not send us sensitive personal data (such as NRIC numbers, financial account details or health information) through our forms. We do not need it to respond to your enquiry.
3. How we use your personal data
We use your personal data to:
- respond to your enquiries and requests, and send you a shortlist of suitable spaces;
- check availability, pricing and terms with space operators on your behalf;
- arrange viewings and help you through the process of securing a space;
- assess and process applications from operators to list their spaces, and manage listings;

- understand how visitors use the Site through analytics; and
- comply with legal and regulatory requirements and enforce our terms.
4. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the performance of our advertising.
These tools may collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the device and browser you use, your approximate location, and how you arrived at our site (for example, from a Google search or advertisement). This information is used in aggregate to improve our website and services, and does not identify you personally.

5. Sharing your personal data
With space operators. To respond to your enquiry, we share your contact details and enquiry details with the operators of the spaces you are interested in, or spaces we think may suit your requirements. Operators will use your details to provide availability, pricing and viewing arrangements, and their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
With service providers. We use trusted third parties to help us run our business, such as website hosting and development platforms, email delivery, analytics, spam protection, customer communication and cloud storage providers. They may only use your personal data to provide services to us.
Other disclosures. We may also disclose personal data to our professional advisers, where required by law or by a public authority, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a sale, merger or restructuring of our business.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. Transfers outside Singapore
Some of our service providers store or process data outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, for example through contractual safeguards.
7. Marketing messages
We will only send you marketing messages where you have agreed to receive them, and in line with Singapore's Do Not Call rules. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still contact you about an enquiry you have made.
8. Protecting and keeping your personal data
We use reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal, such as encrypted connections, access controls and limiting access to staff who need it. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected for, or as required for legal or business purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. As a guide, enquiry records are kept for up to 5 years after our last contact with you.
If a data breach is likely to result in significant harm to you, we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commission as required under the PDPA.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to make it work properly (for example, remembering the spaces you have selected), to protect forms from spam, to remember whether you have already seen our requirements pop-up, and to understand how visitors use the Site. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, but some features of the Site may not work properly if you do.
10. Your choices and rights
Subject to the PDPA, you may:
- ask for access to the personal data we hold about you and information about how it has been used or disclosed in the past year;
- ask us to correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete; and
- withdraw your consent to our collection, use or disclosure of your personal data.
To make a request, contact our Data Protection Officer (section 12). We may need to verify your identity, and may charge a reasonable fee for access requests, which we will tell you about in advance. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to respond to your enquiry or provide our services.
